Fair things to ask before you order

What do you need from us?

Both people's birth details — date, time (best estimate is fine), and city — plus your relationship type and the questions you want addressed. It's all entered at checkout. For a child, whatever's on the birth record is enough.

Does my family member need to participate?

No — the dashboard is prepared from birth data, so they don't need to fill in anything. For another adult, it's worth having their blessing before ordering a reading about them; for your own child, you're the natural person to ask.

How does the 30-minute session work?

After your dashboard is delivered, you book a 30-minute call to talk it through and ask what didn't land. You're welcome to join together or come on your own — whichever feels right.

Is one dashboard really enough for two people?

Yes — it's structurally three readings: each person individually, then the relationship itself. That's why Family Discovery is the most content-dense of the three.

What if we don't know exact birth times?

Best estimates are fine for both. A close time still produces an accurate chart for most placements, and anything that depends on precision will be flagged.
